What does the booking process look like?
Once we have identified your ideal hotel and secured the best rate with a payment policy you’re happy with, we’ll finalize the reservation using your credit card. Most rates are fully refundable and paid directly to the hotel and the card is needed for reservation purposes only. After the booking is secured, you will receive a formal confirmation email containing your personal booking number, which you can present at the hotel upon check-in.
