Your privacy matters to us. This page explains, in plain language, what personal data we handle when you use tinelly.com or contact us, why we handle it, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who we are

Tinelly is a private travel agency founded by Tiina Nellis and based in Tallinn, Estonia. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at tiina@tinelly.com or +372 53 93 39 69.

What we collect, and why

We only collect the information you choose to share with us:

• Enquiry form. When you send an enquiry through our website, we receive the details you enter: the type of trip, destination, dates, number of guests, your notes, and your email address or phone number. We use this solely to respond to you and to arrange the travel you asked about.
• Direct correspondence. If you write to us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we keep that correspondence so we can manage your request and your bookings.
• Technical server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, pages requested) for security and reliability, as virtually every website host does.

The legal basis for this processing is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in keeping a reliable record of enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. That is why you do not see a cookie banner here — there is nothing to consent to.

Where your data lives, and for how long

Enquiries arrive in our mailbox and are also kept in a protected log on our server, hosted in the European Union (Zone Media, Estonia). We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as it is needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations (such as accounting rules), after which it is deleted. You may ask us to delete your data earlier at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your details only when it is necessary to arrange what you asked for — for example, passing your name and stay details to the hotel or travel partner that will host you. We never sell your data, and we never share it for advertising.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to:

• see a copy of the data we hold about you;
• correct or delete it;
• restrict or object to its processing;
• receive it in a portable format.

Write to tiina@tinelly.com and we will respond promptly. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Changes to this policy

If our practices change — for example, if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
